FURNITURE
If you wish to return unwanted furniture you are not delighted with, please notify within 48 hours of receipt. Provided the item is returned in a resalable condition we will give you a refund excluding delivery charges. We will arrange recollection of the furniture. A charge of £40 will apply. This will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will only be processed once the items have been collected. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
We guarantee our products to be manufactured to the highest standards. In the unlikely event you find your order damaged or faulty please email littledecorcompany@googlemail.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Failure to report damages within 24 hours will invalidate any entitlement to refunds or replacement goods.
